CANCELLATION POLICY
By signing this agreement, the homeowner acknowledges and accepts the following cancellation terms.
The homeowner has the right to cancel this agreement within twenty-four (24) hours of signing for any reason by providing written notice to Faithful Roofing & Masonry LLC.
After the initial 24-hour cancellation period has expired, this agreement becomes legally binding. If the homeowner chooses to cancel the project after the 24-hour period, Faithful Roofing & Masonry LLC reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee to cover administrative expenses, scheduling, project preparation, estimating, material ordering, supplier restocking charges, and any labor or services already performed.
If materials have been ordered, delivered, fabricated, or specially manufactured for the project, the homeowner will also be responsible for all applicable restocking fees, supplier charges, delivery costs, and any non-refundable expenses incurred by Faithful Roofing & Masonry LLC.
Any deposit previously paid may be applied toward these costs. If the total expenses exceed the deposit amount, the homeowner agrees to pay the remaining balance upon receipt of an invoice.
If work has already begun prior to cancellation, the homeowner agrees to pay for all labor performed, materials installed or delivered, equipment usage, permits obtained, travel, and any other costs incurred up to the date of cancellation.
Failure to pay cancellation charges may result in collection efforts and any legal remedies available under applicable law.
